Plastic pallet inspection standards and methods

National standard:Refer to GB/T4996-1996 of 9.2 test method and procedure,1000mm Angular fall down test.The purpose of the test is to determine the diagonal stiffness of the pallet. b. Self-inspection standard: 2000mm diagonal fall down test. Test method: The pallet is lifted diagonally to the test height, and then dropped on a smooth, hard, and rigid horizontal impact surface. The test results showed that the pallets was not chipped, cracked or damaged. (2) Stacking test: a. National Standard: Refer to GB/T4996-1996 Test Method of 8.1 Stacking Test and Test Procedure, the purpose of the test is to determine the compressive strength of the pallet or the corner pads of the pallet against local vertical loads. The national standard is that under the 250Kg quasi-load condition, the full-load deformation value is less than 4mm. In the unloading process, the deformation value is less than 1.5mm under the 250Kg quasi-load condition, and restored within 1h. b. Self-inspection standard:According to FSW1010 (double-sided grid one-time forming tray),place the tray in a normal position on a smooth, hard, and rigid horizontal plane,and place two pieces of 100mm×100mm×1100mm pad wood horizontally at the bottom of the tray,75mm away outer edge of the tray.The test result meets the requirements of the GB/T4996-1996 test method of 8.1 stacking test and test procedure, the full load deformation value is less than 4mm. In the unloading process, the 250Kg standard deformation value under load condition is less than 1.5mm, and restored within 1h. (3) Bottom decking test: a. Place the upper deck of the pallet down on a flat, hard level surface; b. The size of corbels shall be implemented in accordance with GB4 996; c. Put two corbels on the lower deck respectively; d. After the test load plate is placed on the corbel, the test load is added to 1P, the test load includes the quality of the corbel and the test load, the test load should be evenly distributed, and record the deflection value; e. Continue to increase the test load to 1.15 P, the test load should be evenly distributed, and record the deflection value; f. The deflection value can be expressed by the arithmetic mean of the results measured in a, b, c, d. (4) Test the direction of length and width. 3. Inspection report: The inspection report provided by local Product Quality Technical Supervision and Inspection Institute, as follows: (1) Stacking test (2) Bottom decking test (3) Angular fall down test (4) Shearing test (5) Top decking edge impact test (6) Bending test
